Ransom Tag Team Surfing Titles
Format
· Competition will consist of eight (8) teams of five (5) surfers + one (1) reserve from a registered surf squad of minimum six (6) and maximum ten (10).
· Eight (8) teams will be drawn into four (4) matches of two (2) teams per match to complete round one (1).
· 4 winning teams will progress to the semi – finals.
· Semi – finals will be two (2) knockout matches of two (2) teams per match, winning teams progressing to final.
· Final will be one (1) match of two (2) teams, winning team to be anointed champion team
Match Format
¨ Sixty minute (60) minute matches
¨ Four (4) waves per surfer
¨ Twenty (20) waves per team
¨ Forty (40) waves total per match
¨ Five (5) surfers + one (1) reserve ( optional ) per team
¨ Every wave counts

Semi Finals
12.20pm Match E – Winner Match A v Winner Match B
1.25pm Match F – Winner Match C v Winner Match D
Final
2.30pm Match G – Winner Match E v Winner Match F
