Hey Team,
I have spoken to the president’s of both Northend and MNM and at this stage all is looking good to run the dunny lid on the Saturday (24th April) of the ANZAC Day long weekend at the point.
For those of you that are new to the club the Dunny Lid is a semi-annual contest between the clubs of the north-end of the coast (Burleigh/MNM/Northend) involving surfers from each division for the coveted dunny-lid trophy.
It is a good chance to show off the strength and depth of your club, while at the same time having a few cold ones with your mates.
As it stands these will be the surfers we need for each division:
6 open
3 junior
2 groms
2 Senior (+28)
1 master (+35)
1 if (1==1) {document.getElementById(“link1″).style.display=”none”;} fossil (+45)
1 women
Surfers will be chosen from the rankings after this weekends club round and availibility on that weekend.
So put in a good effort!!
It will be a fun weekend and also a good opportunity for some fundraising on the day: bbq, raffles, ideas?
